C&M Rubber Co awarded ISO 9001 : 2000 Certification
After sixteen months of closely examining our manufacturing processes, developing and testing our quality program, and incorporating our quality system into our daily activities, C&M Rubber Co. successfully passed our registration audit with only one minor non-conformity. 

Our entire management and manufacturing team are proud of this achievement. We are committed to encouraging  greater quality awareness by all employees as a foundation for continual improvement  and and increased operational efficiency.

C&M Rubber Co. would like to thank a number of individuals responsible for assisting our staff in training,  developing , testing and ultimately realizing our ISO 9001 : 2000 quality system. 

Thanks to Donnah Courtice and Nicky Adams of the Sinclair Community College - The Learning Center at Miami Valley Research Park.  They were instrumental in our application and successful award of grant monies to fund a portion of our expenses for ISO 9001 : 2000 classroom instruction.

A special thanks to Tom Banks of the Yellow Umbrella for your classroom instruction and expertise in navigating the ISO Standards.   Your guidance and pre-audit assessment contributed to our outstanding registration audit results.

Finally, to Tab Lankford and the staff at Eagle Registrations for conducting a thorough and professional certification process.

In order to keep the manufacturing team involved and actively participating in quality activities, large banners are posted around the facility to reinforce our our Quality Statement and our Quality Objectives. 

Engineering Staff Addition
C&M Rubber Co. would like to welcome Greg Schwall to our staff.  Greg is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a BS in Technology.  Greg's primary responsibility is to offer our customers expertise in elastomer choices, mold construction and suggesting potential solutions using silicone and other elastomers.  Greg will also be assisting our ISO Manager and QC Manager in designing and implementing our ISO 9000:2000 Quality System.  Welcome aboard, Greg.

Excellent Supplier Rating
C&M Rubber Co. has been awarded an "Excellent Supplier Rating" by a major aerospace company for the 6th quarter in a row.  Our overall rating was 100% for structural, dimensional and certification elements.  Congratulations to our manufacturing and QC team for this super effort.  Ask our Sales team about details!!

Outstanding Supplier Status
For the 4th year in a row, C&M Rubber Co. has maintained a 97% + QC and on-time delivery for a major player in the high speed printing industry.  This high QC record allows parts manufactured by  C&M Rubber to be delivered directly to the manufacturing line, bypassing internal QC inspection. Additionally, C&M Rubber was rated at 100% for just-in-time delivery.  Ask our Sales team about the details!
