Scheduling Deliveries
If you wish to schedule part deliveries on a single PO, you may do so
for up to twelve (12) months from the date of the PO. If a
delivery requires expediting, please call (937) 299-2782 to obtain the
earliest available delivery date. No order extensions beyond the
original twelve (12) month will be allowed. If scheduled
subsequent deliveries are cancelled, C&M Rubber Co. reserves the right
to invoice the customer at the adjusted quantity bracket price.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for orders returned to C&M Rubber
Co. except in instances of a shipping error. Unused and undamaged
parts must be returned in the original packaging (plastic bags
w/identifier), with the original Certificate of Conformance and
accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.
C of C Certificates
C of C Certificates are supplied at NO CHARGE. Each certificate
and packing slip is placed into an envelope and packed inside the
box. The envelope identifies the contents and gives specific
instructions NOT TO DESTROY.
Physical and Chemical Test Reports
Physical and Chemical test reports, if required, are $25.00 per part
number per order.
