Current Price and Delivery Lead Times

For the convenience of our terminal boot customers, this page has been added to provide a quick and easy way to obtain current price and delivery for the MS25171-1S/2S/3S/4S terminal boots. This page is updated weekly to reflect accurate price and delivery lead times.

Price Quotation

To obtain a current price quotation via this page, you must be a current customer and obtain a password. To obtain a password, CLICK HERE to send an e-mail request. Upon receipt of your password, click on the calculator. Enter your password when prompted.

Delivery Lead Times (ARO)

Guaranteed Annual Purchase Order

Customers in good credit standing may establish a Guaranteed Annual Purchase Order Program. This program enables a customer with regular ordering patterns or Kanban System Releases to lock in a price for twelve (12) consecutive months and automatically receive scheduled deliveries or authorize a Kanban release when parts are required.

Pricing is held for the total quantity of the purchase order for up to twelve consecutive (12) months. The customer is obligated to take delivery of the total amount ordered under the customers Annual Purchase Order. If the order is cancelled or delivery is not taken for the total quantity of the Guaranteed Purchase Order, the customer agrees to accept and pay an invoice in the amount of the adjusted price level based upon the number of terminal boots purchased during the previous twelve (12) months at the current quantity level price.

Order quantities may be increased during the consecutive twelve (12) month period on an active, in house Purchase Order. If the additional quantities being ordered result in a qualification for an additional discount, that discount will be applied to the remaining in house unfulfilled deliveries.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for orders returned to C&M Rubber Co. except in instances of a shipping error or quality issues. Unused and undamaged parts must be returned in the original packaging (plastic bags w/identifier), with the original Certificate of Conformance accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.

C of C Certificates

C of C Certificates are supplied at NO CHARGE. Each certificate and packing slip is placed into an envelope and packed inside the box. The envelope identifies the contents and gives specific instructions NOT TO DESTROY.

Test Reports and Other Documents

Inspection Reports, if required, are $25.00 per part number per order.

Physical and Chemical test reports, if required, are $25.00 per part number per order.

RoHS Certifications, if required, are $10.00 per part number per order unless the order consists of parts consisting of identical raw material ingredients. (Terminal Boots, regardless of size, are manufactured using identical raw material ingredients.)
